Fla is wanting insofar as invigorating drives go. Sure, you can haul ass on arrow-straight stretches of I95 but you better have good faith in your detector. One fairly good exception would be the drive on rt. 1 map from Homestead (south of Miami) to Key West including the famed 7-mile long bridge that connects several keylets. Alligator alley (75) map can also be fun to go fast on, just keep an eye out for wildlife!
As noted on the board by Martin, Florida's most fun drives are in the little-known ones "...only the folks in pickup trucks know about." However, even though I lived in Florida for a couple of years and thought I'd seen most of its roads I don't recall yet seeing anything that could be considered a hill!
